Caramels for Karson

My name is Karson and I was born on October 29, 2011 with a serious heart defect called Tetralogy of Fallot with Pulmonary Atresia. I had already been saved by CPR six times in my first three months when my doctors decided that I couldn't wait any longer to have open heart surgery.

My first surgery took place on January 30th, 2012. Unfortunately, I have been diagnosed with asthma so my lungs are weak and I'm more susceptible to illness and pneumonia causing many doctor visits, medicines and hospital stays. On May 17th, 2013, at 18 months old, I had my second open heart surgery. I will still need to have more surgeries, tests and procedures done as I grow and need to be on medications for my lungs, but my doctors are hopeful that I will be able to live somewhat of a normal life. My parents are doing the best they can to keep up with my medical bills. Daddy is working two jobs and mommy takes care of me and the house during the day and has a part time job in the evening too, but they are still struggling with all the medical bills from the surgery, many hospital stays, six ambulance rides, ongoing tests, medicines, specialists, etc..

That's where my Grandma comes in...she has been making caramels for many years and they are a family favorite. These are buttery rich, made with the finest and freshest ingredients & contain no preservatives. Now she is sharing them with you! She makes Caramels, and ALL of your donations go straight to help me! As a thank you gift form my Grandma, you get the best caramels in the world (no joke!)
